Waterway is widely recognized as the leading innovator in the car wash industry and has multiple locations in St. Louis, Kansas City and Denver. To support its aggressive expansion plans in current and new markets, Cohesion embarked on a three-prong approach: 1) Evolve brand positioning to better define core value, particularly for new markets (‘Waterway Clean’); 2) Increase revenue per customer visit, via cross-sell and up sell efforts and 3) Expand membership in its customer loyalty/rewards program (the Clean Car Club).
