OUR URGENT CARE

In 2016, Cohesion was challenged with developing brand strategy, positioning and initial messaging for Our Urgent Care, a multi-facility urgent care operation in the metro St. Louis area. Located in suburban settings, our intent was to develop a brand/story platform that works to tell a brand new story of purpose for the communities we serve. By exploiting the idea that the brand is ‘outside’ the traditional healthcare system, yet offers a more comprehensive range of services than many urgent care competitors, Cohesion developed the positioning, “Everything But The Hospital.” It’s a positioning that both acknowledges patients’ fear of going to the hospital and offers a community-based solution to the need for local care. This positioning and its associated messaging was developed to guide initial creative work, digital development and PR/social efforts, and continues to guide marketing and communications work.
